FSC sells fragrance decants and samples sourced from authentic retail bottles.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any fragrance brand unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, brand names, and bottle designs remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, notes, and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur.

Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, storage, and individual perception.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

FSC reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

Orders

We reserve the right to:

• cancel orders suspected of fraud
• limit quantities purchased
• refuse service where necessary
• cancel orders due to stock or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Once orders are handed to the shipping carrier, FSC is not responsible for:

• shipping delays
• lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses
• carrier-related delivery issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly.

Returns & Refunds

Opened or used fragrance products are non-refundable due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Intellectual Property

All FSC branding, logos, images, content, and designs are the property of First Spray Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

FSC is not liable for:

• misuse of products
• indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information where relevant and using products safely.

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications where consent is provided.

We do not sell customer data.
